Advice for Track Runners: The adidas Unisex Sprintstar Track Spikes are lightweight sprint shoes from adidas' Adizero range. 

Underfoot Feel

The Sprintstar have a moulded spike plate providing a rigid platform from which to push off from. The strategically placed spikes create traction to help you move forward at speed.

Upper Fit

The featherweight mesh upper will feel incredibly light and breathable. However, the shoes will hold your feet securely in place.

Ideal Run Type

The adidas Unisex Sprintstar Track Spikes are for running distances of up to 400 metres on the track.

Sizing Advice

Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface, and are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
